Last Feather Rye

Our 6th release for February 2022 is an organic rye whisky from Journeyman Distillery, located in Michigan USA. Last Feather Rye is one of the few wheat heavy rye whiskies on the market and has a beautiful balance of the spicy rye and sweet wheat.
Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this whisky with a deep caramel colour has a lot going on. With notes of dark honey & molasses, ripe candied banana, toffee and cinnamon, pepper and herbs to spice things up – this whisky certainly is an interesting combination of aromas and flavours!
